PayPal, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Postal Order are all accepted methods of payment, however items will not be sent untill payment has been recieved/cleared.

Items may take up to two weeks to post so please be patient.  If it has been agreed in advance that a shorter timescale is required please understand that this is no guarantee and can still take upto two weeks to post if I am experiencing a busy period.

Returns Policy:

1. Any item will be considered for refund or return within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days the item will not be eligible for this.

 

2. Email notice must be sent before sending any item.

 

3. If the fault is found not to be one of the companies, an invoice will be sent requesting postage costs to return the item to the sender.  For example: sewing methods, change of mind, purchasing the incorrect size. This list is not exhaustive.

 

4. Postage costs will not be refunded.

 

5. Any refunds/returns will be subject to reduction of fees entailed by the company - ie. paypal/ebay fees (Unless the fault is one of the companies).

 

6. Any faults made by the company will be happily refunded/exchanged within 14 days.

 

7.  Any returns MUST be sent back unworn and clean (not smelling of smoke/soap etc.) The packing slip and refund slip MUST be included in the package - this will be sent via email on request.

 

8. By buying any item you agree to these terms and conditions.

ClubCandy try and treat each situation individually that is why email notification is needed prior to action, however you may still be referred to the terms and conditions.
